Hi team. I find it really interesting how new English words to the Maori language are made using existing Maori words.  Below is a great example.

Kupu o te wiki: Rorohiko

 

Rorohiko-Computer    Roro- brain     Hiko- Lightning/Electricity

Hei tauira- Example

 

Waiho te rorohiko-Leave the computer

Titiro ki to rorohiko- Look at your computer 

 

Try using this new kupu this week.
